Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes around 5-7 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number dedicated to your specific order by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.Â
Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to postal service delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Jilli Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at jillclow@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
